Solution
Promotional Priority gateway is mostly used among marketing companies. Message sent from this gateway usually takes 3 to 4 hours (500 SMS max at a time). Delivery is 100% guaranteed if the number is active.
This gateway is available between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and all messages will be automatically filtered through DND (no exception). Kindly also note messages sent before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM will be queued to get delivered at the specified time period.
