Solution Following terms and conditions are applicable to all SMS accounts provided by ZNISMS.com and WEBSTAR (INDIA) (www.webstarindia.com). If, you are not agree with them then kindly do not register any account with us and do not use our services.

1. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY REFUND POLICY. Once you made the payment then the amount can not be refunded at any cost.
2. Message sent to DND numbers will not be delivered as it is against the govt laws. All credits will be charged even the number is listed in DND.
3. You will be charged for each and every message sent through our gateway weather they were delivered or not.
4. All data will be stored in our systems for the period of 6 months but only last two months data can be downloaded from our panel.
5. Sending illegal messages for lottery, liquor, cigarettes, tobacco, prostitution, porn, threatening, hatred etc are not allowed. Your account will be permanently blocked without any notice.
6. No illegal activities (as defined by govt of India) are allowed through our system.
7. No delivery time is committed as it depends upon the mobile operators. All times mentioned in our websites are for SMSC delivery i.e. in that particular time we will deliver all your messages to SMSC (Short Message Service Center) after that the exact delivery time depends on the mobile operator and it is our of our hand.
8. Any threatening e-mails, SMS or calls to our employees will lead to your account suspension with immediate effect. Please note we record each conversation held with us.
9. We provide 99.9% uptime but that does not include any downtime due to ISP, DNS issues, Network Issues, Operator Issues or any issue arises due to natural disaster.
10. No delivery guarantee (delay in delivery) on public holidays. Message could take any time between 1hour to 8 hours to deliver on these days.
11. ALL MATTERS ARE SUBJECT TO LUCKNOW JURISDICTION ONLY
